I had a turkey sandwich on low carb bread from Nature's Own. The texture was like a dry sponge without flavor. The big problem with a lot of these products is they bloat and irritate the gut. I won't be consuming anymore of it. #RESETFoodPlan #food

Waking up at night to urinate could be from unregulated sugars. Try strictly lowering carbohydrates after 2pm for one week (eat meat and veggies only). If this helps then it shows that a blood sugar issue is at least part of the problem.
