Just spent 3 hours getting Project Outfox and my old Cobalt Flux DDR pad working on a Mac Mini and then playing DDR like it was the early β00s. 2/3 of that time was spent getting audio/visual sync to work on our TV.
So, whilst looking into #ProjectOutFox , which I highly recommend people do if they are into rhythm games, I 'accidentally' stumbled across #KaraokeMugen
Now I have the burning desire to have a Karaoke party where I can selfishly indulge in Japanese songs.
It seems, from what I have seen on the site, that they don't tend to use off-vocal versions of the songs. I can understand that not everything has an easily obtainable off-vocal version.
When I get time, I'll have a play about with it.

After months of coding, patching, and yelling at OS vendors, we are proud to announce the upcoming release of #ProjectOutFox 0.5.0-pre42!
This build has the longest changelog of any public alpha build we've released since our first in December 2019, so this is a major milestone for us.
The build will be finalized over the next week, in preparation for a release during Halloween week. Further details will be released this weekend.
