#Rant 😤

The big stores are so afraid of customers that they make any contact a big pain. (In this case Leroy Merlin Portugal.)

Seriously… 30min on the phone trying to inform them that the receipt has been paid (and that we would like to have the products delivered). All because the email address they told us to use did not acknowledged our sent message (in fact, the message doesn’t even seem to have been open).

And this is another reason why #produtivity runs low…

Some projects take a lot more time to get completed, those projects are somewhat exciting at the beginning and then people including me tend to not get as excited, however your best move is to ALWAYS complete what you started, don’t give up, plan ahead, track your time, put everything on your calendar, break it up, then you will look back and be grateful at how amazing you did during crunch times.

Even better how much you learned through the process !
