Had a few Scots at #poolbegparkrun this morning for some _inexplicable_ reason, part of our 229-strong crowd of participants. I did the checkout counter, er, I mean barcode scanning. Bip! Bip! Bip!
252 finishers at the fabulous Costa del #PoolbegParkrun this morning. I was marshalling them past the playground.
Run Director at #poolbegparkrun this morning, and it was _glorious_. We had 241 finishers, one of whom managed four simultaneous milestones and had a custom shirt for the occasion (she thought she had only three but I found another!) We also had a perfect run on the finish funnel _and_ all the tokens came home. For good measure, several parkrunners came to me afterwards to offer considered thanks for the event - not just a "thanks!" and a wave! The photo's a bit fuzzy^Wartistic today.
Prepping for tomorrow’s #poolbegparkrun - remember, GIVE BACK YOUR FINISHER TOKENS! Otherwise someone gets to make replacements for the following week…
241 finishers at #poolbegparkrun and the rain held off right until we’d finished packing up the gear. Lots of happy people including a bride-to-be!
The rain held off! 256 finishers at #poolbegparkrun including groups from Cherry Orchard, Ringsend and Sherriff Street running clubs. Scanning was hectic with a lot of first timers but we made it through.
Advising people to slow down and not run in the slippery margins this morning at #poolbegparkrun. Not everyone took my advice…
Back at #poolbegparkrun after two weeks of Other Things. Slight change to the course this week to accommodate the results of a week of heavy rain, and the weather was woeful, but we gave out 289 finisher tokens and there were plenty snacks thanks to both a birthday celebration and a kind visitor from Norway!
Missing out on #poolbegparkrun this morning due to being on-call for t'office.
52 runs/walks, 52 volunteer credits, 52 years old. A nice confluence for #poolbegparkrun 351, with 201 finishers and me scanning barcodes (and dispensing random advice/assistance).
