The rain stayed away for this mornings Poolbeg parkrun which is always a bonus and much appreciated by all participants and volunteers! This week 212 participants showed up to start their weekend on a high by running, jogging or walking the course. We had 54 first timers amongst which a hen party and visitors from Scotland, Canada and New Zealand.

A lovely morning with bright sunshine and very little wind made for amazing conditions for all the walkers, joggers and runners that took on Poolbeg parkrun this morning! In total we had 265 participants who ran, jogged and walked the course. 62 joined for the first time with visitors from the USA and Australia but also from various other Irish parkruns. #parkrun #poolbeg #poolbegparkrun
