Serious snowball fight with the two lads (I don't post pictures of their faces) today up in Sally's gap. Anyone thinking of going up there who doesn't know how to drive in the snow don't go! The roads are not terrible but they are a difficult drive in parts. If you are comfortable though head up, it's great craic #sallysgap #dublinmountains #WicklowMountains

The serene setting of our Sunday hike on the #WicklowWay was completely offset by the devastation left behind by clearfelling 🥺

We sell Ireland as a natural "green" paradise. The truth is far from it. It's green only as long as it's making someone €€€.

The #DublinMountains & #WicklowMountains, rather than teaming with indigenous woodland, are full of monoculture sitka plantations. The wreckage left behind when these are clearfelled is heartbreaking.
