The problem is so fundamentally institutional, at this point the uk police wouldn’t know racism (or sexism, for that matter) if it assaulted the police.
(I should mention I’m British Pakistani and I’ve had experience of blatant discrimination from the UK police, including stopping and searching me because I was running to the train with a backpack - I had a backpack because I was a uni student, and I was running because I was trying to catch a train. Surprise surprise, I was late for the train).
