Just added a new feature to Uncle Lee's Cookbook, which keeps a transcript of the lines spoken by the characters.

In addition to showing you the lines, the transcript allows you to re-play the associated audio. This way you won't miss the amazing work our voice actors have done when your overly sensitive mouse skips a line by mistake (happens to me all the time)!
