Jan 13, 2026 @ 13:01 God afternoon family & friends❣️ It looks gray outside, haven't checked the weather. Been, of course, working on this site since I got up a couple of hours ago. Pete is at another appointment, getting tests. My excitement for the day is that I'm going to try making mayo out of HB eggs. Lots of videos online about how to do it. Mayo has gotten crazy expensive, especially the kinds without seed oils (which I've been avoiding long before it was trendy to do so). I want to play my keyboard and work on some more of the songs from the Rejoice Hymns (Hamilton) which is the first of the modern hymnals I bought last year. As you can see by yesterday's music I shared, I'm still in the C's in the index, so I have a LOT more to work on in this book alone. Of course the PoiBoiz have been keeping me company all morning, especially Maxwell who loves to fly back and forth from me to various other spots. Elliot is more sedentary (and also older) and would rather stand on top of his cage and call for me to come and get him hahaha! He's a good flyer but not as much of a smooth land-er anymore...failing eyesight perhaps? In October he will be 28; most sources give them a lifespan of 25-30, but some claim they can live up to 40 years. I hope that's the case with my boiz... Anyway, I guess I will go get on with my day, and will see you later❣️🙌✝️🎶😆🥩🌿💐👴👵🐕‍🦺🦜

April 4, 2025 @ 21:26 Good evening family & friends❣️ Just as I had hoped for, today was a productive, non-pressure kind of day. Lots of keyboard time, lots of catching up (a little left to do tomorrow), and plenty of time with the #PoiBoiz, #MaisieCurGurl, and my Petey. And that was my entire day. Might not sound like much but it was THE perfect day for me today! And now I hope to go have a perfect night's sleep and will see you in the morning❣️🙏🥱🌛💤

Feb 27 2025 @ 21:09 Good evening family & friends❣️ Well after I posted my afternoon update I crashed! I didn't sleep...just did too much is all, and could do no more, pain levels shot up, etc...so I got Don's post up, made my slapped-together meal, made dog food, took care of the #PoiBoiz, and after this I'll be going "upstairs" to bed! I wasn't even able to complete my Thursday post, but I will save it until next week, it will keep. No plans for tomorrow that I know of but that's always subject to change! I do want to get the pictures to which I referred this afternoon taken and posted on Gloria's page though! That would be good...I also probably have some on my phone...anyway, you all don't want to hear me think - hahaha - so I will go to bed and then see you in the morning. Good night❣️🙏🥱🌛💤

Jan 28, 2025 @ 21:55 Good evening family & friends❣️ This will be short, I'm tired and hurting and ready to be asleep. I made a great lunch for Leelan and Luna, meaty cheesy mini egg muffins and crispy potato wedges; better than McDonald's and the kids LOVED their special lunch!!! After we did some meat and grocery shopping we had about an hour here before Leelan's bowling practice, which gave me time to put all the food away. Watching Leelan with his bowling buddies and watching him bowl was great! Little Luna, though getting hungry and bored, did really well too! Afterward we took them home. I had so much pain all day that kept me from enjoying it fully but it was better than sitting home and feeling sorry for myself I guess. After I ate supper tonight and took care of the #PoiBoiz I came in here with my laptop to say good night, and I don't think it will take me long to fall asleep now! I will see you in the morning, have a good restful sleep❣️🙏🥱🌛💤

Good evening family & friends❣️ The grands went home today, the house is quiet - too quiet - but plenty to do. Making the next batch of dog food, just took care of the #PoiBoiz for the night, cleaned up the kitchen, and fell asleep for a while on my day bed - not in that order. Pretty dang cold outside, as I felt when Casey came in to get the kids, and then when they left; other than that the doors have been staying closed. Need to do more laundry but not tonight. Have a lot to do in the morning so will try for an early night tonight. I hope your Monday was a good one, good night❣️🙏🥱🌛💤
