We begin in an ambulance with a guy named Leonard (so clearly suspicious already), who is also Dr. Romano from ER!

Sidenote: I feel excessively pleased when I actually know -where- I recognize someone from.

Our titular character is dead, and a wikipedia image captioned just spoiled most of the ep for me XDDD. Oh well, onward!

Headless Leonard has left the building.
