Google's Nearby Share, which is Android's version of Apple's AirDrop, is rolling out to Pixel devices. The feature, which allows quick file and photo exchanges between nearby devices, was announced at CES 2024.

Samsung and Google have also collaborated to make their sharing systems, Nearby Share and Quick Share, respectively, compatible, enabling file sharing between Samsung and Google devices. Furthermore, Quick Share is expected to extend its compatibility to Windows machines by Q3 2024.
