Made something new for dinner tonight to perk up PigPapa’s somewhat bland kidney friendly menu as he’s been getting a bit bored recently. Oven baked hake coated with lemon and parsley panko breadcrumbs served with potato croquettes and lemon green beans. It was very good so I’ll be making this again.
