Beer and food in a park is nice. Having a fence around a portion of a public park is weird.

People trying parks they wouldn’t otherwise is nice. The submit-your-data-to-enter-the-gate is weird.

Lots of people using a public park is good. That those people are overwhelmingly white in a majority black city is weird.
