If you publish art or writings on any of the sites listed in the tags below, your works have likely been included in a dataset for AI training. Public access to AO3, CharacterHub, and PaintBerri data has been (temporarily) disabled, but the owner may reinstate access at any time.
However, three datasets are still freely accessible. Those sites include Artfol, Itaku, and Paperdemon Art.
If you want to opt out, steps for getting your work removed are included in a Google Doc in the prior link. I highly suggest also reading the first article for full context.
How to Submit Copyright Infringement/Art Theft
Currently I haven't filed a DMCA, but simply created an account on HuggingFace, raised a copyright infringement issue and sent an email to nyuuzhou requesting that my art be removed (Along with a CSV of the links and titles of my pieces). Hopefully this will be sufficient!
