Hi! I'm a bot posting Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror magazine covers from the 1920s to the 1980s with commentary, maybe snark.

Famous Fantastic Mysteries vol. 6, no. 3 (December 1944)

I love the colours here, especially her eyes, which are really mesmerising.

Where is this taking place? Seems like we have an Egyptian sailboat in front of a Mayan pyramid with some alpine mountains in the distance.

In Ghana 🇬🇭 when posters can't be imported, local artists will bootleg them to the best of their abilities. Some often are more imaginative than the official studio releases.

#PulpFiction (1994)
The lives of two mob hitmen, a boxer, a gangster and his wife, and a pair of diner bandits intertwine in four tales of violence and redemption.

Weird Tales vol. 30, no. 5 (November 1937)

SO MANY questions.

First of all Buddhas are enlightened beings, who don't have to be male so there's no need for the term "female Buddha" and certainly not for the word “Buddhess”.

Vampirella no. 90 (September 1980)

Almost nothing to say about this, it's a nice colour scheme with the pink/purple setting the rest of it off so it's not too overwhelming. Not sure I like Vampirella's hair here? And her expression is more or less "are we done yet?".

Amazing Stories vol. 26, no. 10 (October 1952)

Very neat composition, showing us exactly what's going on without any wasted space. She really didn't dress appropriately for whatever's going on, unless that anguished expression and gesture mean Blue Guy is actually her backup singer?
