Die Bundeswehr hat ja schon angedroht, für ihren BOS-Funk einen Frequenzblock beanspruchen zu wollen. Jetzt ist es erstmals amtlich: Die BNetzA schränkt ihre Allgemeinverfügung für die PMSE-Nutzung im Frequenzbereich 470–510 MHz für einen 23 km-Bereich um die General-Fellgiebel-Kaserne ein. Dort ist die Zuteilung von Frequenzen wieder genehmigungspflichtig. Langfristig wird uns das wohl in ganz Deutschland drohen. Wo soll der Veranstaltungsfunk hin?

Though weak, a definite PMWE over mid-Wales today. I've seen very few this winter, none strong. Curiously, the higher latitudes are only seeing weak returns, despite the strong geomagnetic influence overnight.
