“Trump è il re della giravolta, è capacissimo di svegliarsi una mattina e dire che abbiamo ottenuto tutti gli obiettivi. È ovvio che quando entri in un paese che non conosci, non hai programmato niente per il dopo, e non stati facendo niente per il regime, è evidente che te ne devi andare perché quelli stanno continuando a lanciare missili scarsi per tenersi i buoni di riserva e far spendere agli americani e israeliani una caterva di soldi e sprecare una caterva di patriot – spiega il direttore del Fatto Quotidiano – Loro sparano un drone da 40mila euro e gli altri rispondono con cose che costano milioni e sono contate”.
“Noi possiamo fare un’altra cosa – insiste Travaglio – se noi applicassimo sanzioni a Israele come stiamo facendo in Russia, non dico quelle perché è un record del mondo, un po’ meno, noi europei, senza chiedere il permesso a nessuno, probabilmente cominceremmo a fare qualcosa. Questi sembrano invincibili ma non lo sono affatto, tant’è che dovevano smantellare l’Iran nel giro di due o tre giorni e non mi sembra stia andando così”.

“Trump is the king of the spin, he’s capable of waking up one morning and saying that we have achieved all our objectives. It’s obvious that when you enter a country you don’t know, you haven’t planned anything for afterwards, and you haven’t been doing anything for the regime, it’s evident that you have to leave because they are continuing to launch scarce missiles to keep the reserves and make Americans and Israelis spend a huge amount of money and waste a huge number of Patriots,” explains the editor of Il Fatto Quotidiano – “They shoot a drone that costs 40,000 euros and the others respond with things that cost millions and are counted.”

“We can do another thing—Travaglio insists—if we applied sanctions to Israel as we are doing with Russia, I don’t say those ones because it’s a world record, a little less, we Europeans, without asking anyone’s permission, we would probably start doing something. These seem invincible but they are not at all, that’s why they had to dismantle Iran in two or three days and it doesn’t seem to be going that way.”
