I was required in one job to use some #Counselling #OutcomeMeasures (CORE in this case) for about ten years part time. They told me something I didn't already know twice in that time, neither time anything I wouldn't have got from a later talk with a client. They told me something useful that informed my practice zero times. They took my time and that of my clients, often reducing therapeutic time. They presumably cost the service licensing money.
