Certainly a highlight among the more recent episodes of BetaCodex LIVE: A conversation on #OpenSpaceBeta Patterns with special guest @silkehermann.

Improvement (a.k.a. optimizing a system) is great and it’s of vital importance. But sometimes optimization does not suffice. Because the world is changing, and institutions must keep up. In such contexts or situations, you need to overcome the system. Now, #OvercomingASysten (a.k.a. transformation) works fundamentally different than optimization of a system.
It is here that #OpenSpaceBeta comes in very handy.

I will be in #BuenosAires, #Argentina, to run a 2-day #OpenSpaceBeta Practitioner qualification. On the days before and after that qualification, a few smaller events are planned, and I am still open on those days (7, 10 and 11 June) for additional public or corporate events in Buenos Aires!

After a workshop on #CellStructureDesign in Berne last week, organized by "Good Practice Group CH", one of the group's founders, Vladimir Riecicky, decided to raise the banner of the BetaCodex over Switzerland - so to speak!
Among our plans for Switzerland are further workshops on Cell Structure Design this year, potential #OpenSpaceBeta qualifications, and, if possible, to actually undertake or at least start an actual Beta transformation this year.
