I'm exploring Buddhist and andean worldviews in #OpenSoma, the ollama/llamafile based cybernetic agent that lives in opensimulator(3D world) but it can be a tool for a #pluriverse. There is a gaping legal void: without human authorship a work can't be copyrighted so in most cases it can't be licensed. With all generative AI you then are forced to distinguish which lines were manually written and which were "automatic". So when thinking of a license for my #OpenSoma project - to create a second order cybernetic implementation within #OpenSimulator - I decided on creating the OSPL, a license that covers the whole work, not just the human parts, and is made for these hybrid times. #OpenSource #copyleft #ai
