With the concept of #OpenHelpHub we can help remove one of the key barriers that currently prevents organisations from choosing autonomous solutions: the fear that support is insufficient.

By joining forces, we can explore how to build excellent support... both technically and organisationally... that can be reused, improved collectively, and built upon by others.

This includes support in multiple languages, at different levels of complexity, media, customisation, terminology, and context.
