75 y/o male, h/o prostate cancer with bone metastases on #abitaterone since 2018, T2D and recent hip fracture. Before surgery, baseline creat 1.9mg/dl. No workup was done.
After surgery (no NSAIDS given) creat goes up to 2.7 mg/dl. Very basic first workup shows 30-300 mg Albumin/g creat., little edema. Ultrasound shows small kidneys with narrow parenchyma. BP in 130s with full dose candesartan.
