Mexican: Not the best episode, but then Mexican food doesn't really interest me. Still fascinating learning about how tacos were originally explosives rather than food items, and jealous of Nikki getting the chance to lick that spoon with chocolate sauce. #OhCook

Picnic: A fun episode. There's some entertaining innuendos here about sausages, and the crew seem to have fun teasing his pronunciations of certain foods. Oh Cook is quite the enjoyable cooking show. #OhCook

German: A brilliantly haphazard episode, as James May struggles with measurements and makes several funny allusions to Germany's role in the Second World War. The cheese sauce he made sounded like it must have been very tasty judging by James and Nikki's comments. #OhCook

Vegan: A fun episode, with some comical name suggestions for the vegan version of shephard's pie (my favourite being 'meadow pie'). Not sure I'd fancy any of those vegan dishes, but the wok clock seemed quite clever. #OhCook

70s Dinner Party: James May doing a cookery show in a way that only he can. There's some quirky features, such as a condiment gun that reminds me of the Batman villain Condiment King, and a cheese and pineapple hedgehog. We also get some funny hijinks, with James May failing to flip the crepes. Only James May could get a way with a cooking programme like this. #OhCook

At this point I’ll watch anything that has the words ’James May‘ in it, even if it’s a stupid cooking show. Perfect gloomy afternoon entertainment. Brilliant.
