The document, revised by Iran, says that the Islamic Republic is ready “to transfer the enriched uranium to Russia instead of the United States under certain conditions.” However, these conditions were not specified in the TV report.

I've been falling asleep for ten days to the same (audio of a) YouTube video.
The video is on Nuclear Semiotics; a weird a wonder field of study.
So why am I going to la-la-land with a video about something dangerous and existentially dark? I-no-no, but the poor sight-reading, slightly nasal, very adenoidal, staccato vocalisation of the performer reminds me of an old teacher and I fell asleep in their class too on occasion.
