Another classic Nottingham Post headline (spoiler, the Castle hasn't collapsed) but it is a symptom that councils trying to offload responsibilities to independent trusts is a risky business. Sad for all of those affected by this; project decisions will have been taken with the best of intentions, and the ground has shifted (metaphorically) as a result of Covid. And it's easy to be wise after the event.
