- If #ConsumerProtection means certain kinds of #exploitative #Apps like #PayToLoose aka. "#NotLegallyGambling" games get yeeted out of the #EU, that's a necessary and vital step...
Just like a lot of #US Services have already been unavailable for refusing to comply with laws (i.e. #CashApp & #Venmo don't comply with #KYC & #AML) and a lot of things are banned in the #USA under the veil of "#ConsumerProtection (i.e. #KinderSurprise, unwashed eggs & non-chlorinated chicken despite being scientifically better) ...
- #TechLiteracy & #MediaLiteracy OFC need to be taught but that will require at least 25+ years until we even have capacities built to stop #Enshittification - not reverse the already #enshittified products and services back into an acceptable state!
