It's about time I got myself a new #android phone, any recommendations?

A long time ago I had a #xiaomi which I quite liked but I hear they're not so good any more?

When that broke I got a #NokiaX20 as a temporary phone before splurging on a #googlepixel 6 pro. The camera on that was great but the screen got a weird green tint I couldn't get rid of. After a drop the screen eventually gave up.

Now I've been back on the Nokia for a while but it won't update past Android 14 (that might be a good thing with all the AI crap Google is pushing) so looking for something new that will last me for a long time.

Más vale tarde que nunca. Yo ya no contaba con ello por eso de que estos terminales ya tienen 3 años y ya es hora de que mueran aunque sigan siendo completamente funcionales.

Mein #NokiaX20 hat gerade ein Upgrade auf #Android14 bekommen, obwohl der Support offiziell längst abgelaufen ist.

Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, dass ich überhaupt noch Security-Updates kriege und dachte, dass die halt den Service weiter laufen lassen, der die Google-Updates fürs Device patcht und ausrollt. Aber so ein Major-Upgrade ist jetzt schon verwunderlich.

Ob da irgendwo eine'r sitzt, den*die sie vergessen haben rauszuschmeißen und jetzt einfach den Job weiter macht? 🤔
