Immer mal wieder macht die Congress Orga so Dinge, da zweifelt man das die ganzen Leute nicht plötzlich ausgetauscht wurden.


Ich gebe keinen Consent, ohne vorherigen Consent, photografiert zu werden.


Wenn man mich vorher fragen würde, könnte ich mir vorstellenje nach Kontext und Situation sogar ein fotografiert zu werden. Z.B. um eine Assembly, einen Workshop oder so zu bewerben,


Diese Einstellung von manchen Orgas, ist der Grund warum ich mich um keine eigene Assembly mehr bemuehe.

Eine erschreckende Anzahl an Personen outet sich gerade das sie Consent nicht verstehen und ihnen der Schutz von Minderheiten nicht *so* wichtig ist. Und es war echt alles dabei, von "Die Photo Policy wird sowieso nicht durchgesetzt, also ists egal" bis "stell dich nicht so an". Vertrauen, was ist das?

Ich habe mich noch nie so dermaßen unwohl im #CCC gefühlt. Und es bestätigt meine Lebenserfahrung das es grundlegend keine vertrauenswürdige Menschengruppe gibt.

Clearly we're not just allowed, but morally obliged to start security assessment of Stella's tablet and whatever they're also using for data transfer and storage. Whoever hacks into that, should ask for the consent later, of course, and would never use access to Stella's data maliciously. Place your trust, you know.
Jokes aside, this is not a threat, and I'm no hacker myself. This is my prediction. After announcement about someone snapping photos and editing on a tablet, there definitely will be attempts of hacking into that thing during #39c3. And I really hope we're talking about something like Thinkpad X230T with torn off networking and not some stupid ipad/surface here.
