Conclusion: My #PhotoPolicy project for #39C3 was a qualified success.
I made a project, included user feedback and best of all: I finished it. I even did a small production run.

But I failed to properly advertise it and only gave away some. A few very generous individuals helped me cover my raw print costs. I think the project would've needed a fixed location, it wasn't feasible for people to just notice the tags on my bags.

All in all: New skills and lessons have been learned.
