Fun fact: The original Nik Collection sold by Google (that I bought before they made it free) STILL works as a plugin in the latest version of Affinity Photo on Windows 11!

I had to manually add it (Edit -> Settings -> Photoshop Plugins). I've only tested Silver Efex Pro so far, but I was able to select an effect and applied it successfully. #NikCollection
