AnisseI wanted to do an updated 2023 version of my top WebToon picks of 2022, but most of the webtoons I read are still the same. Here are the new ones I enjoy the most:
- Auto-Hunting with my Clones
- Surviving the Game as a Barbarian
- Nano Machine
Just like last year, they're all korean, ~high budget (great art, long and regular). Two Isekais, and all three generally the same type of action/monomyth/shonen type of story (I have simple taste), but with flawless execution.
Boichi's Webtoon debut (Marco Polo's Travel to Multiverse) was interesting, but apart from the (great) art, it's average for now. I prefer Jungle Juice in the same multiverse (Super String) for example.
I liked the french Lillow Fast Kitchen, it was quite unique, but it's already canceled (no cliffhanger, you can read it).
