When the nine members of Caird High's Group B-5 are pulled hundreds of lightyears from home, they make the best of their return journey hopping from planet to planet.
On the watery world of planet Arispade, the crew pull out their swimsuits and get plenty of rest and fun in while they resupply.
The guys, dorks that they are, get busy comparing the size of the... fish they caught, while the girls gossip amongst themselves and compare... other things.
This week on the #AniMangaPictureChallenge, @anicasts has suggested the topic of:

New topic tomorrow: 👙🩳🩱🏊
@apc Well, I was about to give up on this week's. I couldn't find anything in my screenshot archive (seriously? Over 3000 pics in Precure alone and nothing?), and nothing coming to mind of my dvd and (ahem) fansub collection. But I did have the Call of the Night manga handy and soo.... that scene where Kou has some Karaoke time with one of the other vampires...and they get interrupted by someone obsessed with her.
@apc I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to think of what the earliest karaoke scene in animanga would be, or my first experience with it, but I think... in the end... it was just trying to escape the inevitable.
Which I failed, because the gravity well of this inevitable is just too... TOOO inevitable!
After all, if you have a unique ED for each episode and the entirety of the first cour is listening into one long karaoke session between friends, and the second cour is largely having goofy fun with "those karaoke scenes" in meatspace...?
What else can you do but give in and #AniMangaFoundIt in Lucky☆Star?
Karaoke in its purest form, even without any of the visuals (a door cracks open once). Wacky/fun singing, a lot of side-chatter, and has fun with the show's meta as well.
Newly minted boyfriend and girlfriend Karen Himemiya and Sosuke Hakamada sing a sparkly karaoke song while Losing Heroine Anna Yanami, who was secretly in love with Sosuke yet who as a good friend alerted him to Karen's love, dutifully cheers them on.
Anna is CLEARLY, having a great time watching her love interest have romantic fun with another girl. :p
