Today is my friend Anna Kiss's birthday. Every year around this time she's raising funds for Preterm, Ohio's only independent non-profit abortion clinic, through the National Network of Abortion Funds' bowl-a-thon. It's still legal in Ohio, although that's an ongoing fight. And access has never been universal.
