I got my mail in ballot today. May 23rd to June 5th are the dates to return ballots so I started vetting candidates; the city offices & judges. These are non-partisan offices, but don't be fooled. It's important to take the time to dig for information on all the candidates.

For instance, there's a guy running for city council for my area. He sounds great on paper until you find out he's been arrested 2 X for domestic violence. He left that off ballotpedia.
