With a windy afternoon to kill in the Rubies, I decided to tag a couple of minor peaks east of the mouth of Lamoille Canyon. East Lamoille and Peak 10,543' looked unremarkable, but they would present good views of the central peaks from their snowiest (northeast) side, hopefully be somewhat sheltered from the west wind, and had a supposed trail leading to the saddle between them.
