#Beverage du jour. Not a craft beer, but rather my go-to choice: pomegranate molasses with club soda.
If you try it, just be sure to start with a bit of pom molasses diluted with a couple of tablespoons of water first, then add the soda. It won't dissolve easily otherwise. Forms a nice frothy head too.
