Maybe it’s just me, but if Apple axes Twitter from the App Store, I just don’t see people buying a Muskphone. I mean, sure the super-fans might. They’ll do whatever spacegrifter1 tells them, but it’s more a bluff than anything. The amount of R&D needed to build out phones for a saturated marketplace, to try to keep the Twitter iPhone user-base is a bad idea wrapped in a bad idea. If the Google store joins Apple? RIP. I mean, a web-interface would still be accessible from those devices, but…
I get Apple pushing for content moderation, and trying to use their considerable influence to make demands. I actually also get Musk disagreeing, wanting to run his now shitty company the shitty way he shitty wants. Elon knows Apple nixing the app would decimate his user-base more than it already has, and ad partners are fleeing in droves. Gonna be a hard for Elon to hold the line if Apple really is convicted to follow through.
Anyways, I’m eating a chocolate croissant, also known as bread that you pronounce wrong to the French. #panauchocolat #croissant #apple #muskphone #loltrash
