Re-watched #Movie43 and I absolutely don't get the hate. The humour is crass, sure. Sometimes it is the whole point, like "The Aristocrats". Still it's one of the most entertaining films I've ever seen.

Every reviewer is like: "Oh it's so bad, so bad". But why? Because the situations are not believable? Well, so is every romcom ever. Because actors act bad? First of all, they're not. And second, you can clearly see, that most of them are having the time of their life. Trained actors do even worse stuff behind closed doors as an exercise. Because, they're uncomfortable to watch? They are, but that is the point. Detach from the discomfort, enjoy the craziness, feel the deranged flow. Real life is even more absurd at times.

I'm grateful to Charles B. Wessler for carrying on with this project through the years. He created something special, and if we didn't appreciate it, maybe we do deserve to have our entertainment written by an auto complete.
