I took a sweet detour from teaching Hebrew and discovered a Southern classic: the legendary Moon Pie! 🌕✨
It’s my first time trying one (yes, seriously!), and let me tell you—this marshmallowy, chocolatey delight is basically the matok (מתוק - sweet) version of happiness on a road trip.
Who knew a little snack could feel like a cultural adventure of its own? 🛣️🚗
Back to Hebrew lessons soon, but for now what’s your favorite road trip treat? 🍫 Let me know—I might just need to try it next!

My first Moonpie ever! Now I can say it is nothing like Krembo 😆
If you missed my reel on all there is to know about Krembo just scroll back 🤗
A blast from my childhood.
The Original Moon Pie is still as good, but a lot smaller. Mind you it has to say "original". Anything else is a knock off, and not nearly as good.
The chocolate covered cherries, on the other hand, were disappointing. I don't remember the chocolate being so hard, and the flavor is not there. Bummer.
