At Global Order of Satan we have Pillars. We chose pillars because we wanted to establish our Satanism as differing from biblical-like rules and sins and whilst principles/tenets are good things to have we wanted something that demonstrated our clear commitment to the idea of supporting ourselves and each other as espoused in our first Pillar; "Self-fulfilment and personal understanding allow us to support ourselves and therefore others."
