If you play #lossless audio on macOS and your #MiniPlayer window stopped displaying the current song title/artist (always shows play controls, which should only display when the pointer is hovering), go to Music > Settings > Playback, turn lossless audio off and back on, and the song display comes back.
I’m not sure how long the fix will last. I figured this out just now, after it’d been this way for months across OS updates and reboots.
