In 2024 I earned 16,175 United miles via #MileagePlusX. Basically paying for stuff I was already going to buy with on-demand gift cards. Since I started in 2016 I've earned 120K miles. That's enough to fly free round trip KC to Sydney twice. Or once in premium economy. Of course credit card miles are more in excess of that.
This isn't an ad. I just want folks to know about cool opportunities.
So far this year by using #MileagePlusX, I have earned enough United MileagePlus miles for a free one-way flight. These are purchases I would have made anyway.

I wrote about the app years ago for @AirlineReporter, might want to have a browse. Over 100K miles earned since I started back in 2016. That’s > an economy round trip to Europe, or one way in business. Or a few domestic RTs.

So far this year I've earned 14K UA miles using #MileagePlusX. That's a free domestic flight. Or ~halfway to London.
No special credit card or loyalty needed. (I don't even fly United

In 2022 I earned almost 12k United miles without ever flying them.
That's worth ~$158 in free travel, or ALMOST two upgrades from economy to Business First. Easy miles via the #MileagePlusX app.
I reviewed the free service for @AirlineReporter way back in 2016. Big fan ever since. Don't leave those miles on the table
