Observations on troll behavior (via an experiment regarding Starfleet Academy and Facebook) and how to respond: Trying to engage them in good faith doesn't work because they aren't arguing in good faith. Silently blocking them just encourages them. Publicly rejecting them before blocking them helps establish better norms.
