State Court for demanding money for his exercise of free speech. She makes a Federal Case of it on 2025/12/29. Currently, Wolff is arguing that this case should be sent back to State Court where an anti-SLAPP law would entitle him to money for chilling his #FirstAmendment rights. Florida) Trump sues the Wall Street Journal for the fact that #Trump used to be friends with #JeffreyEpstein and obviously sent Epstein a conspiratorial birthday wish. Case dismissed because Trump prefers yes men to good lawyers and this one didn't plead necessary elements of defamation law in light of the First Amendment.
