Dark Chocolate & Nut Energy Bites

Ingredients:

• 100g dark chocolate (75%+ cocoa)
• 150g mixed nuts
• 50g chia seeds
• 75g desiccated coconut
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:Blend nuts. Melt chocolate & mix with the vanilla. Combine all, shape into balls, refrigerate for 1hr. Store in fridge.
