The monitor is a ZOLL X Series monitor/defibrillator with side bags (near orange beanie). This is de rigueur for medical transport. It can do 12leads, defib / cardivert, capnography, multiple pressure lines, ICP monitoring etc. It is a full on ICU monitor cut down into a portable package.

The green tank. a Ferno EE’-Lite carbon fiber O2 tank. at can hold almost 1400L of O2 vs 680 for a standard metal E-Tank

The gear: The middle bag is labeled for the EZ IO. THis is a backup way to get an IV if all attempts fail or you do not have time to get stabby with needles the EZ is self explanatory but the IO stands for intraosseous. Yes we drill through your bone into the marrow or intraosseous space. It can function like an IV
