FWIW: this sort of thing took me literally decades to figure out. I am not a quick learner! 😂

Another useful approach can be to add texture to a bottle (wrap a bumpy hair elastic around it or or draw a pattern with some puffy glue on the bottle or the cap).

I've found I sometimes remember more clearly if I *touched* a specific texture than if I swallowed a specific med (esp when taking so many, one easily loses track).
