#Harassment in the @Europarl_EN is a real and a big problem. #POLITICOEurope‘s reporting on it is a must read.

Nevertheless, Politico failed to mention the networks that exist and are best suited to help affected staffers like #MeTooEP or .period.

Politico will now be a ressource for affected staffers, I think pointers to existing support networks are the right resources to provide. #lifeintheep

Kommt zusammen! Für ein Europa der Frauen. Zeit für fifty-fifty.

Seit 100 Jahren dürfen Frauen wählen. Aber das reicht nicht. Heute geht es darum, dass Frauen endlich auch gewählt werden können! Nicht nur wenige – sondern so viele, wie Männer! Frauen sind die Hälfte der Bevölkerung. Und darum haben sie auch Anspruch auf die Hälfte der Macht. Von der Kommune bis nach Europa. 50:50 – in den Parlamenten und in der Europäischen Kommission. Das heißt: Auf allen Wahllisten sollen Frauen und Männer abwechselnd vertreten sein.
