It’s #FollowFriday so help me figure out who I should follow! I’m especially hoping to find some fellow #Mastpocha members, other #TherapyTwitter folks who’ve migrated over, and of course, our #Infosec fam!

@rebbi

Toda raba!! You are a wonderful Christian friend, @KrisLK.

There’s also @mazeldon (follow the account to join the group, tag it so it automatically boosts your post to all members/followers) and #Mazeldon.

And if you’re posting from my world, there’s #MedinatAmerica.

A few more hashtags I’ve seen floating around, please don’t forget to CamelCase for accessibility:

#JFediverse
#Jediverse
#Judiverse

@rochelle I saw the proposal for #mastpocha from @StatsJew & I'm also vibing with #jewniverse and #mastominyan too!
@kirz @RebeccaShapiro
ok.. i probably dig something here:
Mazel Tov goes rhythmically with
Mazel Don
and #Mastpocha seems by google's translation to give us something like:
Mastodon Family?
(mishpocha = family?)
Bagels come sacred and only some develish mind can imagine inserting cinnamon and raisins in them.
i like the codes, like keys to a different yet parallel world.
Thanks, appreciated!!
@aha Of course you can ask! Cinnamon raisin bagel is easiest, as many of us consider them abominations. "Mazel" is "luck" in Hebrew & connects nicely w -don. #Mastpocha is not morphologically/grammatically correct in Hebrew but it goes well with English syllabification. So, we just love a good play on words and an an argument. With those choices I gave us two arguments: words and bagels, which are sacred (cinnamon raisin bagels are a shibboleth tho: if you like them you're suspect). Make sense?
Hi! My poll on what to call ourselves in this new Jewniverse has #Mazeldon beating #Mastpocha 53% to 26%. Vote for which you like, even the cinnamon raisin bagel!
@RebeccaShapiro I like #mastpocha but meshpucha is one of my favorite words.
#mastpocha, it is only Monday and I am longing for Shabbat.
