#feditip question: if I want to have a feed of all posts for one or more hashtags (like #generativeart, #creativecoding, etc ) but across all federated instances, how do I do that?

I can search for the hashtag and see posts, but is there any sense in which you can "follow" a hashtag so you don't have to search each time?
